"7" Steps to Success

Step 1	Order Online or simply call 503-635-1696 and we can help you place your REALTOR® MLS listing.
Step 2	Make Secure Online Payment through Home Max’s Secure Server Online Payment System (Authorize.net®) to pay by credit card. Or, call to pay by credit card over the phone or to mail check.
Step 3	Download & Print the MLS listing forms for your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) from ByOwnerOregon.com website. Or, we can email or fax them to you.
Step 4	Complete the forms and fax them to 503-635-1697. Your "For Sale" sign and any other optional supplies you order will arrive usually within 3-7 days.
Step 5	Your home listing will be entered into the REALTOR® MLS, usually within 24 business hours, where it will be immediately available to all of the real estate agents in your area.
Step 6	REALTOR.com, the Internet's most visited real estate website, and other leading websites and home search portals will provide home buyers around the world with information about your home listing.
Step 7	Agents and brokers will contact you to show and sell your home. If a real estate agent sells your home, you pay the Buyer's Agent commission determined by you (typically 2.5% to 2.7%)   If you sell on your own, directly to a buyer without a real estate agent, you pay NO commission!
