In todays real estate market more and more home sellers are seeking an alternative to the traditional way homes are sold. Most home sellers either don't want to pay or can't afford to pay 6% commission to sell their home. This has created a huge opportunity for progressive thinking companies that are willing to provide such services to help this growing segment of the real estate market.
ByOwnerOregon.com has become the largest provider of alternative real estate marketing services throughout Oregon. Since 2002 we have assisted thousands of Oregon home sellers with "For Sale By Owner" listings that have saved our clients millions of dollars. Our services give home sellers access to the same technology most real estate professionals use when they list properties.
When we created ByOwnerOregon.com we developed a two phase marketing plan.
- Phase One: Was to target the computer savvy home seller by advertising on Internet search engines such as Google and Yahoo. This approach has been very successful and has made us the market leader in Oregon.
- Phase Two: Was to expand our market share by introducing our services to home sellers with little or no computer experience. The first step to implementing this phase is to add local sales affiliates that will help us spread the word: they don't have to pay 6% commission to sell their home and they don't have to do it alone...
We are not looking for traditional sales people or real estate agents. You do not need sales training or business suits. We are taking a very grass roots approach to building this sales affiliate team. We are looking for homemakers, school teachers, coaches anybody that feels strongly about what we are doing and is willing to talk to their neighbors, friends and family.
Key points:

- You are not selling real estate you are selling advertising/marketing packages for By Owner Advertising.
- This is a contract position where you can earn as much or as little as you'd like.
