Steps to Success: The Listing Process
Order Online: Start your listing online or call 503-694-7020 and we’ll assist you with placing your order.
Make Payment: Pay securely through Authorize.net, PayPal, by phone, or by mailing a check.
Complete Forms: Submit your MLS listing details through our online form, or request a version via email or fax.
Receive Package: Your selected listing materials (signs, lockbox, etc.) are shipped within 3–7 business days.
MLS Entry: We enter your property into the MLS within 24–48 hours. It’s now live to all agents.
Listing Syndication: Your listing is automatically distributed to REALTOR.com, Zillow, and many other national platforms.
Showings & Offers: Buyer agents reach out to schedule showings and submit offers.
- If you accept an agent’s offer, pay the Buyer’s Agent Commission (typically 2.5%–2.7%).
- If you sell directly to a buyer without an agent, pay no commission.
Sold: Once the deal is closed, submit your sale info to us and celebrate your successful by-owner home sale!
