By listing your home as a “Limited Representation Listing” with our Flat Fee MLS listing service on the MLS, you’ll retain your right to sell to buyers not working with brokers, and pay absolutely NO commission.
With our agent assistance packages, a professional Oregon real estate broker will be assigned to assist you throughout your transaction. The broker will be available to help with pricing, review offers, direct you through the transaction process, and make sure you are ready to close.
With our Oregon discount full-service listing options we will be representing you as your Listing Agent. We will input your listing into the same MLS, we will market your home on the same real estate websites, we will handle all of the paperwork that is required to successfully sell your home.
