Coronavirus Special Procedure Listing Package

In an effort to provide timely and adaptable listing services to our clients we are making available the following service demonstrating care for the health and well-being of clients, colleagues, and the greater public welfare in reducing the risk of exposure to, and spread of the Coronavirus.

The current outbreak of the Coronavirus has impacted the real estate industry significantly. Open Houses are now eliminated in an effort to limit personal contact. Buyers will want to walk through fewer homes and sellers will want fewer lookers in their homes. 

Now more than ever, professional photography and virtual tours are extremely important. All home sellers should consider 360 3D Tours, Matterport Tours, or at the very least a Video Walk-Through. The key is to get maximum exposure and views of the Virtual Tour and then just allow the most serious and best-qualified buyers in your home.
