Choose from three commission tiers: 1.00%, 0.75%, or 0.50% listing commission, with upfront fees starting at $299. The more you invest upfront, the lower your commission at closing. This is a remote/virtual service — we handle everything remotely while you coordinate local vendors. We are direct members of all four Oregon MLS systems (RMLS, WVMLS, COAR, and Oregon Coast MLS).
