Agent Assist (starting at $499 + $700 coaching fee at closing) adds hands-on professional support. Every Agent Assist tier includes agent assistance upon request — help with pricing, a comparative market analysis, offer review, and real estate transaction support. You also get a listing webpage, virtual tour posting, real estate contracts and disclosures, and the ability to cancel anytime. Our most popular tier, Premium Agent Assist at $799, includes 25 digital photos, a 6-month listing term, a Sentrilock or Supra lockbox rental, a for-sale sign, and open houses posted on both the MLS and ByOwnerOregon.com. The Ultimate tier at $1,099 adds professional photography, 48 photos, a 12-month term, listing on two MLS systems, and national listing service exposure.

Discount Full Service (starting at $299 + 1% listing commission) provides full broker representation at a fraction of the traditional 2.5–3% listing commission. Every tier includes full listing agent representation, MLS listing and syndication to 500+ sites, professional marketing materials, showing coordination, open house management, full negotiation support, contract-to-close management, and remote/virtual service. Higher tiers reduce your commission rate — $599 upfront drops the commission to 0.75%, and $999 upfront brings it down to just 0.50% with professional photography, a comparative market analysis, and a premium marketing package included.

All three service levels include MLS listing, Seller Portal access, and zero hidden compliance fees. You choose the level of support that fits your situation, and you can upgrade between tiers at any time with credit for what you've already paid.
