*Homes sold: 4,700+ Oregon homes sold since 2001. Sales volume and savings are estimates for those 4,700+ sales since 2001. They assume a $575,000 average sale price; savings assume sellers would otherwise have paid a 3% listing commission on our Flat Fee MLS sales (about 90% of sales), minus a $399 Flat Fee MLS package. Commissions are negotiable and individual results vary. Reviews: our two Google Business Profiles (brokerage and brand) and Zillow, Oct 2026; counts are reviews, not unique clients.
Who this package is for
Only homes that need a manufactured-structures dealer to list.
The home sits in a manufactured home park or community on leased land.
The home is titled as personal property and is sold separately from the land.
You own the structure and lease the land under it, including many 55+ communities.
Buyer calls come through the BuyerLink™ line on your listing and are sent straight to you. You handle showings and negotiations.
Why this costs more than a standard flat fee listing
Oregon requires more than a real estate license for these homes.
Manufactured Structures Dealer License
Oregon requires this license to sell a manufactured home on leased land or in a park.
Surety bond
State law requires dealers to keep a surety bond for these transactions.
Real estate license
MLS access also requires a real estate license. Realty Net, LLC holds both credentials.

Manufactured home questions
Own the land and the home is real property?
Use our standard Flat Fee MLS packages, from $199. This $499 package is only for a manufactured home in a park, on leased land, or titled as chattel.
What is the difference between chattel and real property?
Chattel means the home is titled as personal property, like a vehicle. Real property means the home and the land are titled together as real estate. A manufactured home in a park or on leased land is typically chattel. If you own the land and the home is real property, use the standard Flat Fee MLS packages.
Why can't a regular real estate agent list my home?
Oregon requires a Manufactured Structures Dealer License and a surety bond, plus a real estate license, to sell a manufactured home on leased land or in a park. Most agents do not hold the dealer license. Realty Net, LLC, the brokerage behind ByOwnerOregon.com, holds both.
Who handles park approval?
You do, with park management. Most parks approve the buyer and may have their own rules or fees. This listing service does not include park approval or help assigning the lease.
How does title transfer work?
Title for a chattel manufactured home transfers through the Oregon DMV, similar to a vehicle. You and the buyer complete that transfer. This service does not include title transfer.
How long is the listing?
6-month listing term. The listing agreement runs that purchased term plus 5 extra days.
How do buyers reach me?
Buyers who call or text the BuyerLink™ line on your listing are matched to your home, and their name and number are sent to you by text and email right away, 24/7. Your phone number does not appear on Zillow or other syndicated sites. How buyers reach you.
