$0 compliance fees. Ever.
Many flat fee MLS companies advertise a low upfront price, then add a fee of 0.1% to 0.5% of your sale price when your home sells. We don't.

Compliance fee questions
What is a compliance fee?
Some flat fee MLS companies charge a fee at closing on top of their upfront price, often called a compliance, broker, admin or transaction fee. It is usually 0.1% to 0.5% of the sale price, so it grows with the price of your home.
Do you charge any fee at closing?
Not on Flat Fee MLS: your upfront package price is the only payment to us. Agent Assist adds a $700 coaching fee at closing, and Discount Full Service has a listing commission at closing. Both are shown before you buy, and neither is a compliance fee.
What else might I pay at closing?
Normal closing costs such as escrow, title insurance, recording and property-tax prorations, and any buyer-agent compensation you choose to offer. Those go to other parties, not to us.
How do I check whether a company charges one?
Read the listing agreement for any fee due "at closing", "upon sale" or as a percentage of the sale price, and ask whether the upfront price is the only payment to the brokerage. Our comparison pages list the published closing fees of specific companies.
