Frequently Asked Questions
Who can use the Co-List MLS Placement service?
This service is for licensed real estate agents and brokers who need to place a listing into an Oregon MLS where they are not a member. You must hold an active Oregon real estate license or an active license in another state with reciprocal rights.
Does Realty Net LLC represent the seller?
No. Realty Net LLC acts solely as the MLS listing broker for placement purposes. You, the co-listing agent, represent the seller and are responsible for all client-facing and transaction-related activities.
Who handles negotiations, offers, and the transaction?
You do. As the co-listing agent, you manage all buyer inquiries, showings, negotiations, contract drafting, and transaction coordination. We provide MLS placement and compliance oversight only.
Does the seller need to sign the co-list agreement?
No. The co-list agreement is between the co-listing agent and Realty Net LLC. You represent and warrant that you have the seller's authorization to list the property in the MLS.
How long does it take to get listed in the MLS?
Once your intake is complete, photos are uploaded, and the co-list agreement is signed, our team reviews and submits your listing within 1-2 business days.
Can I make changes to my listing after it goes live?
Yes. You can submit change requests through the portal at any time, including price changes, status changes (active, pending, sold), and listing detail updates. We process changes within 1 business day.
Which MLS systems are covered?
We are direct members of RMLS (Portland Metro), Willamette Valley MLS, Oregon Data Share, Central Oregon MLS, and Oregon Coast MLS. Coverage depends on your listing location and MLS submission requirements.
