MLS Listing Data

When you engage our listing services, your property information is shared with the applicable MLS (RMLS, WVMLS, Oregon Data Share, or Oregon Coast MLS) and syndicated to real estate websites (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc.) as part of the MLS listing service you purchased. This is the core function of our service.

Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• Telnyx — SMS/text messaging delivery
• Cloudflare — Website hosting, security, and performance

These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
