No. Since the NAR settlement effective August 17, 2024, buyer-agent compensation cannot be offered or shown in the MLS, including public remarks, private remarks, and syndication feeds. Paying a buyer's agent is still your choice. If a buyer's agent asks, you can say yes, no, or negotiable, or a buyer can ask for help with their agent's fee as a concession in the offer.

No hidden fees. We add no compliance, administrative, or transaction surcharges to any package. What you pay us depends on the service: with Flat Fee MLS, the upfront package price is the only payment to us; Agent Assist adds a $700 coaching fee paid at closing; Discount Full Service adds a 0.5%–1% listing commission at closing, with a $2,000–$3,000 minimum. Optional add-ons, shipping, any buyer-agent compensation you choose to offer, and ordinary closing costs such as escrow, title, and taxes are separate. Many competitors add a fee of 0.1%–0.5% of the sale price that only appears at closing.

After you complete your listing details and upload photos through our seller portal, we typically submit to the MLS within one to two business days. Your home then appears on major real estate websites within 24–48 hours.
